Fees

Leo’s services are out-of-pocket, and while insurance is not accepted, superbills are provided for reimbursement purposes. Depending on your insurance benefits, you may be reimbursed up to a certain amount. To determine your reimbursement percentage for out-of-network mental health services, please contact your insurance provider directly.

 

Additionally, Leo offers sliding scale services for individuals experiencing financial hardship. For those inquiring about sliding scale fees, an application will be provided and assessed within 24 hours of submission. The application includes questions to evaluate financial need, such as household income, number of dependents, total household size, and other relevant factors.
